We are looking for a Senior Data / Product Analyst to join our iGaming team. We’re looking for someone who can go beyond reporting and turn data into actionable insights that drive product and business decisions.
In this role, you will work closely with product, marketing, retention, and analytics teams to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and improve product performance
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Provide comprehensive analytical insights to cross-functional teams, including regular product performance overviews.
Conduct in-depth retention analysis to identify churn drivers and recommend effective retention strategies.
Identify product improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and user behavior insights.
Analyze and improve tournament structures, promotional campaigns, bonus mechanics, and customer communication strategies.
Detect anomalies in key product and business metrics and investigate their potential causes.
Work with large datasets using BigQuery.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards.
Work with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, PostHog, and similar platforms.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams to turn analytical findings into measurable product improvements.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
2+ years of experience in iGaming as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Retention Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong practical experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
Proven experience in identifying and implementing product improvements based on data insights.
Strong understanding of product, retention, and iGaming metrics.
Ability to independently investigate problems, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
