We aren’t looking for a passive account manager to keep the lights on. We need a heavy-hitting, hands-on practitioner who can stress-test our current setup, tear it down, and architect a new marketing engine capable of handling massive scale without breaking.
The Reality Check: You will report directly to the General Manager. Expect a completely flat structure, no bureaucracy, and an advertising budget that expands as fast as you can unlock profitable ROAS. This is not a high-level monitoring role. You will personally drive our Google Ads and Bing engine (US & Tier-1 markets), from creative testing to granular bidding strategies. You won’t have a pre-written playbook to rely on.

Your Mission
Drive the Strategy: run a comprehensive audit, structural overhaul, and execution of our Google Ads and Bing roadmap (search-first focus, US & Tier-1 markets).
High-Velocity Scaling: elevate our current $100k/mo baseline to a profitable $1M+/mo, systematically replacing any setups that limit growth.
Strategic Partnership: collaborate directly with the General Manager on financial forecasting, growth projections, and P&L alignment.
Full-Funnel Optimization: dive deep into data to maximize conversion rates across the entire user journey, from the first impression to paid subscription.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit
Proven Track Record at Scale: a tangible portfolio demonstrating your ability to scale Tier-1 Google Ads accounts from zero to $300k+/mo in profitable spend.
Hands-on Execution Mastery: 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience; you understand search mechanics and conversion-based bidding models (CPA/ROAS) inside out. Experience with Bing / Microsoft Ads is highly valued.
Product-Led Growth Mindset: fluency in subscription metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, churn, payback period, and trial-to-paid conversion).
Technical Self-Sufficiency: advanced skills in setting up GTM, Google Ads, and attribution architectures (GA4, AppsFlyer, or Adjust) from scratch.
High Agency: an ownership mindset; you operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and pivot quickly based on hard numbers.
Language: Ukrainian, Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.
