The Project
You’ll join the team behind an enterprise SaaS platform built around Connected Conversations — bringing together the people, conversations, workflows, systems, and AI that organizations already rely on into one seamless, human-centered experience. The platform already supports mission-critical workflows for Fortune 500 organizations, with a strong enterprise customer base and plenty of room to grow — you’re joining early enough to help shape how the team, technology, and product evolve.
What you will do:
Design and build modern applications using React and JavaScript;
Develop secure, scalable backend services with Node.js connecting client ecosystems to the platform;
Create APIs and integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise platforms;
Help shape multi-tenant platform architecture, deployment patterns, and engineering standards;
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across the full stack;
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Customer Success to solve real customer problems;
Mentor teammates through code reviews and technical leadership;
Continuously improve platform performance, security, reliability, and developer experience.
What we are looking for:
7+ years of experience building modern web applications;
Strong React and JavaScript expertise;
Strong Node.js experience;
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs;
Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure;
Relational database design and query optimization (PostgreSQL);
Authentication and authorization: OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD/MSAL;
Automated testing (unit/integration) and modern Git workflows;
Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and accountability;
English — Upper-Intermediate+, Ukrainian — fluent.
Nice to have:
Microsoft Teams development;
Microsoft Graph API;
Azure App Service;
Tailwind CSS;
GitHub Actions / CI/CD pipelines;
Enterprise SaaS implementation or integration experience;
Azure AI, OpenAI, or other AI platform integration.
