• As a Senior Organic Growth Manager, you own the organic acquisition strategy for VistaCreate and Depositphotos. You are responsible for turning company growth objectives into measurable organic acquisition results through technical SEO, content strategy, AI Search optimization, experimentation, and cross-functional execution.
• You lead the SEO function, develop the team’s capabilities, and build scalable systems that improve how customers discover our products across Google Search, AI search experiences, and emerging discovery channels. Success in this role is measured by sustainable growth in qualified organic traffic, conversions, and business impact.
• Organic Growth Strategy & Leadership
• Organic Growth Roadmap. Own the quarterly and annual organic growth roadmap aligned with company objectives and marketing priorities across VistaCreate and Depositphotos.
• OKR Leadership. Translate company acquisition objectives into measurable SEO Key Results (KRs), prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and regularly communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
