Що робити
- Plan, launch, manage and scale paid campaigns on Google and Meta, with RSOC as a core focus
- Develop and test new campaign strategies, audiences, creatives and angles
- Use our in-house automation system to scale and optimize efficiently
- Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
- Expand into E-commerce and Lead Gen campaigns as those activities grow
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer, ideally with AFD/RSOC traffic
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads at large scale (minimum 5k$ of daily spend)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large budgets and performance metrics
- Understanding of key KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, EPC and RPC
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
