We’re launching a new division within our company focused on mobile app development and user acquisition. Our first product is an iOS cleaner app, and we’re already scaling traffic through Google and Facebook. Now, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to fully own our marketing strategy and drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Do:
Fully manage and scale user acquisition campaigns on Facebook and Google, with a focus on the US market
Work independently to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for iOS utility apps (iOS cleaners, VPNs, etc.)
Analyze performance data to ensure high ROI and efficient budget allocation
Develop, test, and iterate on creative strategies and funnels to improve performance
Continuously conduct competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Lead and refine web-to-app flows to improve user acquisition metrics
Deliver consistent, positive results while maintaining cost-efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing user acquisition for mobile apps, especially in the utilities category (e.g. iOS cleaners, VPNs)
Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
Experience with scaling campaigns in the US market
Deep understanding of mobile analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
Experience with web-to-app user acquisition flows
Highly analytical, results-driven, and self-motivated
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive profitable campaigns.
