Що робити
- Licensing & Regulatory Compliance:
- Provide legal support for obtaining MiCA and VASP licenses across multiple EU and EEA jurisdictions and onboarding new regions.
- Advise the business on MiCA licensing, DORA requirements, and other applicable regulatory obligations.
- Manage the preparation, review, and submission of filings, applications, and regulatory correspondence to authorities.
- Coordinate with local lawyers and regulators, maintain licenses, manage renewals and periodic reporting, and support negotiations with regulatory authorities.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; international legal competency is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international corporate, financial, regulatory, or IT law, ideally within blockchain technology, fintech, or digital asset markets.
- Proven experience in:
- Establishing and supporting foreign corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Managing licensing projects involving MiCA, VASP, EMI, PSP, or similar regulatory frameworks.
