Let’s Start With a Hello We’re looking for a Senior / Lead SEO Specialist to build and scale SEO across several iGaming, betting, and review projects. The main goal is simple: grow qualified organic traffic and FTD, primarily across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. We’re looking for someone who can build a strategy, break it down into actionable tasks, execute it hands-on, and take responsibility for the result.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and execute SEO strategies across multiple projects.
Break strategy into clear tasks, prioritize them, and drive execution to completion.
Grow organic traffic and FTD, primarily in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
Scale traffic across site networks and other emerging SEO opportunities.
Audit partner websites and provide actionable recommendations for the marketing team.
Optimize site structure, content, meta tags, landing pages, and internal linking.
Collect, manually analyze, and cluster semantic cores; prioritize pages and opportunities.
Analyze competitors and identify what actually works in the SERPs.
Integrate GEO into existing SEO processes.
Build clear reporting around KPIs, traffic, rankings, conversions, FTD and RDT.
Run link building: crowd, manual outreach, webmaster communication, placement control, and indexing checks.
Work with Google Sheets and Looker Studio for reporting and analytics.
Crawl websites using Screaming Frog or similar tools, identify technical issues, and control fixes.
Test and apply approaches that currently work in competitive SEO: expired domains, parasite SEO, and similar tactics.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of SEO experience in iGaming.
Hands-on experience with review websites.
Strong advantage: experience with betting and an interest in sports.
Solid SEO cases from the last 12 months.
Ability to build a strategy, break it into tasks, and deliver results independently.
Strong hands-on experience with Screaming Frog or similar crawling tools.
Understanding of the gambling niche, its specifics, and SEO risks.
English B1+ — enough to communicate with webmasters and handle outreach.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and responsibility for results.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI tools and SEO automation.
Experience with affiliate projects, site networks, and domain migrations.
Experience recovering projects from penalties/filters or executing fast domain migrations.
Experience with emerging and experimental SEO approaches.
