Що робити
- Advise on corporate, commercial, employment, and operational matters;
- Draft, review key contracts, policies and terms of service;
- Support governance, entity management, and compliance matters;
- Work with internal teams and external counsel to manage risk and resolve issues;
- Support HR, legal templates, and new launches.
Що очікуємо
- Qualified lawyer with around 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience (or equivalent in-house experience);
- Strong background in commercial and corporate law;
- Experience with digital products and IT law is essential;
- Practical, commercial approach with the ability to work independently;
- Experience in consumer-facing, healthcare, wellness, or regulated businesses is an advantage;
