What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience with Node.js, React, and MongoDB
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills
Experience building real-time or highly interactive applications (beyond traditional CRUD systems)
Solid understanding of browser performance, including rendering, latency, and memory optimization
Experience designing and building scalable backend services and APIs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have:
Experience with Canvas 2D, WebGL, or WebAssembly
Background in game development or interactive products
