Що робити
- Design and build backend services and APIs from the ground up — powering brand-new products from initial concept to production.
- Own technical decisions early in the product lifecycle, shaping architecture, data models, and service boundaries without legacy constraints.
- Develop scalable, high-performance systems using modern Java technologies, designed to evolve quickly as products gain traction.
- Work closely with product, design, and frontend teams to define and deliver features — contributing to what gets built, not just how.
- Move fast and ship often — iterating on real user feedback and continuously improving the product as it grows.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Java and object-oriented design.
- Solid knowledge of design patterns, system architecture, and scalability principles.
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiar with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Comfortable with automated testing (unit, integration, performance).
