Що робити

Sourcing & Vendor Selection: Search and evaluation of specialized suppliers (IT and Admin), conducting tenders and competitive bidding;
Contract Management: Negotiating prices and terms, approving contracts and monitoring contract deadlines;
Stakeholder Management: Processing complex requests from technical or administrative teams, obtaining special partner prices;
Strategic Sourcing: In-depth market analysis to optimize costs and find the most profitable solutions;
Compliance: Checking suppliers for compliance based on company standards. Creating and approving REQ, PO in the NetSuit system, reporting and collecting primary documentation from suppliers (invoices, invoices, certificates of work performed).

3+ years of procurement experience in IT (Hardware/Software) and the ability to get the best deals for the business;
Ability to effectively negotiate and reasonably reduce contract costs and improve delivery terms;
Experience in working on contracts and understanding its legal aspects;
Advanced Excel proficiency;
Orientation and experience in relevant P2P systems;
