Що робити

• Contracts review, approval, and negotiations (e.g., service agreements, employment contracts, licenses, marketing/advertising agreements, NDAs, etc.) across all of MD Finance jurisdictions.
• Drafting of legal documents, including website terms and conditions, privacy and cookie policies, corporate documents, etc.
• Development and implementation of internal policies, including data protection documentation.
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company.
• Working closely with Heads of all company departments and Country Managers by providing legal support to cover specific business needs of the department or business Units in other countries.
