We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer to contribute to a large-scale enterprise resource management platform.
The system helps organizations coordinate and distribute resources across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient utilization of personnel and operational capacity. The platform supports planning, assignment, and tracking of shared resources, allowing businesses to adapt quickly to changing project demands while maintaining visibility across their entire project portfolio.

What You’ll get to do:
build robust backend services and RESTful APIs in Golang to power our cloud-based backend system, collaborating closely with senior engineers and product stakeholders;
implement and maintain an event-driven microservices architecture, including inter-service communication and data pipelines;
design and implement scalable solutions using PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, and Elasticsearch;
deploy and operate services using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), following CI/CD best practices;
collaborate on frontend initiatives where needed, contributing to React-based features and API integration workflows;
ensure high code quality by writing unit/integration tests and participating in code reviews, following best practices for maintainability and security;
leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development workflows, accelerate debugging and refactoring, engineering productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of software development with Golang and building backend systems;
solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems;
solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, relational data modeling, and query optimization;
experience with asynchronous/background processing using Redis;
practical experience with Elasticsearch or similar search technologies;
proven track record building high-performance APIs;
deep understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems design;
experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP);
NoSQL database skills — MongoDB, or similar;
React experience with a solid understanding of frontend architecture;
confident with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude;
Will be a plus:
knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar technologies;
experience with Terraform or CloudFormation;
