Що робити
- Pick up and continue work on existing game projects — GDDs, mechanics, balancing — without needing extensive handoff.
- Review, refine, and contribute to game concepts and mechanics alongside the primary designer.
- Support and cross-check difficulty curves, pacing, and balancing on live projects.
- Contribute to and maintain GDDs — both authoring sections and reviewing/aligning with existing documentation.
- Advise on UI/UX flow for player interaction and feedback.
Що очікуємо
- Minimum 5 years in game design, with shipped titles in any genre — strong, demonstrable track record.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and pick up unfamiliar/ongoing projects quickly, with minimal onboarding.
- Strong proficiency in creating and interpreting GDDs, including picking up and extending someone else’s documentation.
- Solid grasp of gameplay balancing — difficulty curves, pacing, engagement mechanics.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken) — will represent design decisions in cross-functional discussions.
