- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, Djinni, job boards, referrals, and specialized iGaming/affiliate communities.
- Closing Senior/Middle+ roles in the following areas: iGaming / Online Casino, Affiliate / Media Buying, Product / Casino Operations, CRM / Retention / VIP, Analytics / BI / Data, Payments / Risk / Fraud, and Support / Operations.
- Developing a custom sourcing strategy for each vacancy.
- Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidate motivation.
Що пропонуємо
