Our Customer:
Our customer is a technology company building modern software products with a strong focus on AI-powered solutions, cloud technologies, and scalable web applications. The team works closely across engineering, AI, UX, and product functions and is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can take ownership of features from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
Your Tasks:
Discuss business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into reliable technical solutions
Design and develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend
Build clean, maintainable code aligned with product requirements and technical specifications
Design and implement APIs, microservices, and web services
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into software products
Prepare technical documentation, design documents, READMEs, and code comments
Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications, resolving functional and technical issues
Deploy and maintain application components in Azure
Collaborate with AI engineers, frontend developers, UX specialists, and product managers
Contribute to architectural decisions, particularly for AI-enabled product features
Work independently with minimal supervision while actively contributing to the engineering team
Mentor mid-level and junior developers and share engineering best practices
Required Experience and Skills:
6+ years of professional software development experience
At least 2 years of experience in a Senior or Lead engineering role
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong experience with React
Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js/Express, or .NET
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices
Good understanding of API, application, and data security practices
Hands-on experience integrating LLM/AI services, such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar
Experience with Azure, particularly services such as App Service, Functions, Storage, and Key Vault
Understanding of CI/CD principles and software deployment lifecycle
Confident use of Git and standard Git workflows
Understanding of Agile development practices
Ability to make architectural decisions and take ownership of features from development through deployment
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Would be a Plus:
Experience with React Native or Angular
Familiarity with gRPC
Experience with Azure Databricks
Working knowledge of Java, C#, PHP, C++, or R Shiny
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or finance
Previous experience mentoring or technically leading other developers
