The engineering team follows modern development practices, values clean architecture, and actively collaborates across product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
Your Tasks:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using .NET and React.
Build reusable, maintainable, and high-quality backend and frontend components.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both frontend and backend systems.
Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, deployment configurations, and monitoring tools to support reliable software delivery.
Perform code reviews and share technical knowledge within the team.
Follow Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
Required Experience and Skills:
5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack software development.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C#.
Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Solid knowledge of SQL databases.
Experience working with Docker, deployment pipelines, and monitoring tools.
Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional Agile team.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Would Be a Plus:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration.
Experience with automated testing and TDD.
Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
Working Conditions:
5-day working week, 8-hour working day.
