About the Project: It is an Insurance Administration Platform designed to manage policies, agents, billing, claims, commissions, and tax reporting. This project features a robust multi-tenant architecture and is built on a rigorous TypeScript stack. We are seeking a highly autonomous, architecturally minded Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. You will be more than just a coder; you will be the primary steward of the codebase, ensuring the system remains decoupled, secure, and scalable.
Our ideal candidate is an “AI-Assisted” expert: this means you are deeply experienced with AI coding tools (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude) to accelerate boilerplate, write tests, and refactor code, but you possess the deep architectural knowledge required to meticulously review, validate, and secure the output. You know that AI is a multiplier for good architecture, not a replacement for it.
What you will do:
Platform Ownership & Scaling: Take immediate ownership of the existing multi-tenant codebase, drive feature development, and resolve technical debt;
Enterprise Architecture: Maintain strict separation of concerns and clean domain logic using principles of Hexagonal Architecture;
High-Stakes Compliance: Ensure the platform’s architecture and data handling consistently meet rigorous security standards (including PII encryption strategies);
Security First: Enforce strict data protection protocols, managing envelope encryption (KMS), OIDC-based authentication, and granular access control (RBAC/ABAC);
AI-Driven Productivity: Aggressively utilize AI/ML tooling (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) in your daily workflow to maximize velocity while maintaining absolute responsibility for the security and correctness of the final commits;
Testing: You will be responsible for ensuring the stability of your code through robust testing practices.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of production experience in Full-stack development;
Deep technical expertise with the core stack: Advanced TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Prisma ORM;
Architectural Fluency: Proven ability to design and implement robust Cloud Architecture and understand the tradeoffs between different architectural patterns;
Compliance & Security: Experience working in heavily regulated environments (Insurance, FinTech, or similar);
AI Pragmatism: You are an early adopter of AI coding assistants and understand how to prompt effectively, but you possess the software engineering fundamentals to catch subtle bugs or security flaws;
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate/B2), with the ability to explain complex decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus points for:
Practical experience building and deploying your own AI/ML features or agents;
Deep knowledge of modern frontend state management and tRPC query batching;
Experience configuring and securing cloud-native CI/CD pipelines.
What we offer:
Access to internal and external training, certification reimbursement;
18 working days of paid vacation, 10 compensated public holidays, and up to 10 paid sick days;
Partial reimbursement for external English classes / free internal courses / speaking clubs;
Up to $180/year for sports activities;
A strong culture of knowledge sharing with senior experts you can really learn from;
New equipment provision, and accounting support if needed;
Competitive market-level salary with regular performance and salary reviews;
Extra perks such as an insurance fund, seasonal gifts, celebrations, and additional team compensations;
A psychologically safe and supportive environment;
Active social responsibility and continuous support for the Armed Forces.
