Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive software solutions and support services tailored for arts education centers worldwide. Key Requirements: 🔹 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer; 🔹 Strong proficiency in Vue.js (frontend); 🔹 Experience working with Node.js (backend); 🔹 Experience working with SQL, including complex query optimization; 🔹 Ability to work with legacy Java systems and collaborate with a Java developer for support; 🔹 Familiarity with Vercel, Digital Ocean, and Remo Hosting for deployment and infrastructure; 🔹 Experience creating custom SQL reports for clients; 🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal documentation and testing; 🔹 Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs; 🔹 English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will be plus: 🔹 Experience with API proxy development; 🔹 Background in database performance tuning; 🔹 Prior experience working with legacy codebases.
What you will do: 🔹 Develop and maintain the Node.js backend, ensuring stability and performance; 🔹 Work with Vue.js to enhance the front-end functionality and user experience; 🔹 Support and optimize a legacy Java-based system, collaborating with a separate developer; 🔹 Analyze and work with a non-standard SQL database, creating custom reports and queries; 🔹 Deploy and manage applications using Vercel (for frontend), Digital Ocean (for API proxy), and Remo Hosting (backend for clients); 🔹 Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, suggest improvements, and implement changes; 🔹 Work with legacy code, addressing issues without comprehensive documentation or testing.
