We’re looking for a senior finance professional to take full ownership of this function and operate at a CFO level from day one.
Your Scope:
Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet
CFO-level responsibilities, including financial strategy, cash flow management, and capital allocation
Financial planning, forecasting, and long-term modeling (including IPO readiness)
Building and leading a lean, scalable financial infrastructure
Providing clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute financial strategies that support rapid and sustainable growth
Own and optimize cash flow, costs, and overall financial performance
Build financial systems that ensure transparency without slowing down the business
Partner closely with leadership on key financial decisions and growth priorities
Contribute to long-term positioning, including preparation for a potential US IPO
You’re a Strong Fit If:
You have experience in a senior finance role (Finance Manager / Head of Finance / similar)
You’re comfortable operating across both strategy and hands-on execution
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity
You think beyond reporting — using finance as a tool for decision-making and growth
You take ownership and move fast without waiting for perfect structure
Nice to Have:
Experience in fintech, startups, or high-growth environments
Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or IPO preparation
Experience building financial processes from the ground up
