Що робити

Develop and implement field testing methodologies, validation procedures, and acceptance criteria for autonomous robotic systems and their mechanical and control subsystems.
Plan, organize, and conduct internal, field and operational tests for unmanned ground platforms.
A big chunk of your work will involve field testing and product trials at proving grounds/proving fields across Ukraine under various weather and environmental conditions.
Analyze, document, and systematize testing results, preparing detailed technical reports and recommendations as for both mechanical and control subsystems.
Participate in the development, evaluation, and implementation of new technical solutions aimed at improving overall system performance and reliability.

A proven track record with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, such as hardware testing, robotics validation, or field engineering.
Strong experience in developing testing methodologies and validation processes for complex both mechanical and control systems is a must.
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical circuit faults is a must.
Experience in technical documentation creating, structured analysis, and reporting of test results.
Proven experience in organizing and conducting of technical trainings for direct users.
