Що робити

  • Own the operational stability, availability, and reliability of a global IVR platform across AWS and on‑premises environments
  • Support production deployments, environment configuration, and release activities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of high‑availability IVR and voice platforms
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using logs and metrics
  • Respond to and participate in production incident investigation and resolution

Що очікуємо

  • 7+ years of experience supporting production systems in a DevOps, SRE or operations‑focused role
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services
  • Strong hands‑on experience with EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and VPC networking
  • Strong experience with Unix/Linux production environments
  • Experience supporting AWS‑hosted relational databases (e.g., Amazon Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL) in production environments
