About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a small, high-impact team.
This is a hands-on role with strong ownership - you’ll work across infrastructure, CI/CD, and production environments, helping scale a complex, customer-facing system.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and be involved end-to-end: from design to production.
What you’ll do
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
Manage infrastructure using Terraform / Terragrunt
Work with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Operate and scale Kubernetes (Docker, Helm)
Automate processes with Ansible
Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance
Monitor systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
Troubleshoot production issues and improve deployment flows
Support customer-facing environments when needed
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure
Strong hands-on experience with:
Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
Terraform
GitHub Actions / CI/CD
Ansible
Experience with at least one cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
Scripting: Python / Bash
Good understanding of networking (DNS, load balancing)
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Strong communication skills and English
Nice to have
Experience with Terragrunt
Basic knowledge of databases
