We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to help change the way the world works. You’ll be a key member of our Data Analytics team, where you will use your quantitative background to dive into large datasets to guide decision-making for the B2C Marketing team.
Your expertise:
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Customer Analytics, Data Science, or related analytical field
Advanced database and data transformation skills with preferred experience in Snowflake and dbt
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data governance, and data quality best practices
Strong expertise in data visualization, and dashboard development (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable reporting for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in analyzing key customer pathways, surfacing friction points to identify where experimentation can improve flow and conversion
Proficiency in BigQuery, Google Analytics, advantages and limitations of GA4 event tracking and its effect on analytics

You will be involved into:
Building a comprehensive understanding of how customers move through the digital ecosystem, from the initial visit to purchase and beyond
Analyzing and mitigating customer churn while driving customer acquisition strategies and optimizing trial-to-conversion processes
Making data-driven strategic recommendations related to customer acquisition, activation, and retention, as well as media mix modeling, marketing attribution, and experimentation
Conducting advanced analyses, developing robust models tied to business objectives and outcomes, and deriving meaningful conclusions from them
Identifying and implementing new analyses that reveal areas of opportunity, support business goals, and help evolve business strategy
Partnering with business stakeholders and Data Engineering to define key metrics and build scalable, user-friendly dashboards that translate complex data into meaningful insights, drive adoption, and support strategic decision-making
Working independently, identifying dependencies to unblock projects, and developing courses of action to complete them
Managing multiple complex projects across parallel workstreams
