- Identify optimization opportunities, build hypotheses, and prioritize testing backlogs
- Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and ensure statistical rigor across experiments
- Translate test results into actionable business recommendations
- Monitor business impact, including Uplift, ROI, and Performance metrics
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRO and digital experimentation
- Strong expertise with Adobe Target and/or VWO
- Advanced experience with Adobe Analytics and GA4
- Proven ability to connect experimentation outcomes with business results
- Experience building testing methodologies, prioritization models, and experimentation frameworks
