How you can specifically impact the company’s development: • End-to-End Strategic Leadership: lead large-scale, cross-functional business and finance projects from inception to completion, ensuring every initiative aligns with the company’s long-term strategic goals • Comprehensive Planning: develop project plans, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and identifying potential risks before they become issues • Operational Excellence: map, analyze, and optimize internal and external operational processes to eliminate bottlenecks and increase departmental efficiency • Cross-Functional Execution: drive project delivery across Business, Operations, Finance, HR, and Tech teams, ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment at every milestone • Strategic Communication: serve as the primary bridge between project teams and senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights • Proactive Risk Management: monitor progress and resolve blockers proactively, ensuring that “at-risk” projects are steered back to success • Standardization: support the continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and best practices across the entire organization
Challenges for three months: • successfully onboard the team and master the company’s key processes • become a confident user of all the tools used by the department • participate in the implementation of current tasks and projects and complete them • implement a strategy for interaction between cross-functional teams within projects • set up a regular reporting system and analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects • qualitatively adhere to project stages, report on time and comprehensively
To achieve results, you will need: • at least 5 years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering business-driven, cross-functional projects • strong understanding of business processes (finance processes as a significant advantage), operational efficiency drivers, and financial impact metrics. • practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) • experience handling multiple projects simultaneously • outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills • high level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset • PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus • upper-intermediate or higher level of English Core Project & Operations Management Tools: • Expert-level proficiency in Project Management software: Hands-on experience with Jira to manage complex workflows, sprints, and Gantt charts • Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Go
