Що робити
- Work as part of an empowered Scrum team responsible for requirements analysis, clarifications, and the creation of dashboards and reports.
- Document and analyse business needs around identity governance and access management, and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, delivery managers, and software engineers to ensure shared understanding of system features and functionality.
- Deliver clear and structured requirements to the engineering team in a timely manner.
- Support your team throughout the development lifecycle to ensure delivery of the best possible solution.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to grasp complex problems and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs and facilitate alignment across global markets and regions.
- Skilled in requirements elicitation methods, including business process modelling (BPM), UML, use/test cases, and prototyping.
- Experience in creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications and system design elements, including data rules, business rules, wireframes, and other deliverables.
