Our customer develops AI-powered voice and SaaS solutions that connect intelligent bots and agents with communication platforms. The engineering environment combines modern test automation technologies with AI-assisted development practices across cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
Your Tasks:
Develop and maintain backend services in Node.js for AI-powered voice and SaaS solutions
Design and implement integrations between intelligent bots, agents and communication platforms
Containerize backend services with Docker for consistent delivery across cloud and on-premises environments
Deploy, monitor and support backend services in the cloud, primarily on Microsoft Azure
Apply AI-powered coding assistants such as Claude to accelerate development, refactoring and code review
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in Linux-based environments
Maintain clean Git workflows, including branching, pull requests and code reviews
Collaborate with QA and test automation engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered features
Required Experience and Skills:
5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js
Hands-on experience with Docker
Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding assistants and AI-driven development workflows (e.g., Claude)
Working knowledge of Git
Working knowledge of Linux environments
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
English — Upper Intermediate
Would Be a Plus:
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, InfluxDB or ClickHouse
Solid understanding of networking concepts, including routing, NAT, TLS, proxies and DNS
