Own the Metrics & Insights: Define, track, and analyze key business and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
Data Strategy & Architecture: Guide how our data is structured and processed; work closely with our Data Engineer to design robust ETL/ELT workflows.
Leadership & Execution: Lead and mentor our analytical team, ensuring high-quality analytical output.
Data Democratization: Oversee the creation of actionable BI dashboards (reporting, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modeling) to help stakeholders make fast, data-driven decisions.
Strategic Advisory: Partner with the leadership team to translate complex analysis into strategic business recommendations.

Expertise in Metrics: Strong, proven expertise in product and business metrics (specifically within iGaming/Gaming is a huge plus). You know exactly how to measure user behavior, LTV, retention, and monetization.
High-Level Tech Understanding: Deep conceptual understanding of data infrastructure and ETL/ELT processes (we expect you to know how to build it and guide the process, though a Data Engineer will do the coding).
Experience: 4+ years in Data/Product Analytics, with some experience in leading teams or mentoring analysts.
Tech Stack (Conceptual & Practical): Advanced SQL, familiarity with BI tools, and web/product analytics tools.
Soft Skills: Strong business acumen and the ability to translate raw data into clear, business-oriented narratives.
