• Take what I built and make it solid enough to run for paying clients, not just for me.
• Build and deploy custom AI agents - digital employees - for service businesses. We start with HVAC and plumbing, but that's our first market, not our only one.
• Build reusable components so launching a new client is fast, instead of starting from zero each time
• Build new kinds of agents as clients show us what they need: agents that answer phone calls, handle quoting, scheduling, follow-up, whatever moves the needle
• Join video calls with real customers and represent the company with me. Over time you'll own more of the customer relationships while I focus on our biggest clients.
