Що робити
- Design and maintain scalable GenAI solutions using N8N and AWS.
- Develop and continuously enhance clients AI helpdesk bot built on N8N.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, IT, Engineering) to align automation solutions with business goals.
- Implement infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices to keep systems reliable and maintainable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across integrated systems, ensuring smooth end-to-end automation flows.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI integration patterns, and MCPs (Model Context Protocol).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and tools.
- Platform engineering experience with cloud expertise, preferably AWS.
- Practical experience with automation tools such as N8N.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
