- Task #1 — Audit & fix the current program. Take everything we run today and put it in order: offers, creatives, partners, payout system. Find why we're not scaling and ship a clear fix.
- Task #2 — Build the network. Convert the program into a full affiliate network from the ground up: structure, onboarding, offer distribution, economics.
- Ongoing:
- Offers & funnels — rework existing offers and sales funnels to market demand; brief creative on high-converting banners, landers, and promo assets.
- Partnerships — onboard top-tier partners (direct affiliates, webmasters, networks); build long-term win-win relationships, not transactions.
