What makes this project exciting?
We’re looking for a strong 3D Artist to help shape the visual direction of a new mobile puzzle game. This role combines hands-on 3D work, strong artistic taste, fast iteration, and smart use of AI tools to create polished, appealing visuals for mobile gameplay.
What makes you a great fit
Strong experience animating for mobile games
Experience with casual / hybrid casual / puzzle games — big advantage
High-level Unity knowledge — mandatory
Strong understanding of gameplay feel, timing, anticipation, juice, readability, and feedback
Experience implementing animations directly inside Unity
Experience working with UI animations, transitions, rewards, popups, gameplay reactions, and VFX integration
Understanding of animation systems, prefabs, hierarchy organization, and optimization formobile devices
Ability to integrate assets into Unity and build polished in-engine flows
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a small fast-moving team under challenging timelines
Ability to lead the animation domain and later help guide outsourcing pipelines and external animators

Your day-to-day in this position
Animation & Unity Implementation: Create high-quality animations and implement them directly in Unity, including gameplay, UI, characters, and VFX transitions.
System Optimization: Structure and optimize animation systems, prefabs, and hierarchies specifically for mobile device performance.
Gameplay Feel & Polish: Enhance the game’s responsiveness and visual feedback (juice, timing, and anticipation) to deliver a polished user experience.
Domain Leadership: Lead the animation direction, build scalable workflows, and guide external animators or outsourcing pipelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a small, fast-moving team to solve creative problems and ensure high-quality asset integration under tight deadlines.
