• Respond to lead inquiries from cold email campaigns and website forms: providing initial responses, writing follow-ups, and maintaining dialogue until registration and channel connection.
• Review YouTube channels (monetization, views, content originality) and qualify leads before responding.
• Track lead statuses and log reasons for rejection in the HubSpot CRM system.
• Escalate large channels and non-standard creator requests to the manager.
• Work in the support department during the first 1-1.5 months: answering typical creator questions and performing moderation tasks.
