- Team Leadership:
- Lead, coordinate, and support a team of 4 Sales Operations Specialists
- Distribute workload, set priorities, and ensure SLAs are consistently met
- Onboard new team members and support their professional development
- Monitor the team’s day-to-day performance and help resolve operational challenges
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Accounting, or a similar roles
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as Microsoft Business Central, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Sales, or similar platforms
- Accounting background or hands-on experience with primary accounting documentation is a strong plus
- English level B1+
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset
