Що робити

  • Identify relevant companies and contacts through triggers such as hiring, funding, product launches, team growth, open technical roles, or product/team changes.
  • Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and identify needs, budget, timeline, decision-making process, and potential fit.
  • Work with technical leads and the delivery team on estimates, proposals, service options, and commercial offers.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and use pipeline insights to improve ICPs, messaging, channels, and qualification.
  • Manage the pipeline: follow-ups, objections, next steps, and support in moving deals toward contract signing.

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, business development, or full-cycle sales.
  • Experience in IT services, software development, DevOps, SaaS, or other technical services, with hands-on involvement in negotiations or contract closing.
  • Understanding of software development, delivery models, team extension, and IT service sales.
  • Strong written and spoken English for outreach, discovery calls, and client communication.
  • Ability to work with business triggers and personalize outreach based on account context.
