Duck Agency – we automate operations, sales, and marketing for businesses, and build custom software on top of that. Our clients don't want cookie-cutter fixes, they want stuff that actually moves the needle.

Who we're after

Someone with fire in their eyes. Not the "just tell me what to do" type – we want someone who shows up with ideas, tests them, and pushes for more. If you'd rather wait for a brief than write one, this probably isn't your gig.

What you'll actually be doing

Coming up with lead-gen hypotheses and testing them out – working closely with the CEO and leadgen

Hunting down and talking to potential partners

Reaching out to and closing clients across different industries

Building your own playbook instead of running someone else's script

What we need from you

Real sales experience (doesn't have to be years and years, just real)

You actually get IT – how dev works, what "process," "system," and "integration" mean in practice. You need to talk to clients like you know what they're building

Proactive by nature – bring ideas, take initiative, be okay with some of them not working
