Що робити

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and VIP managers, ensuring high-quality service for key/VIP clients;
  • Execute sales and VIP KPIs (NGR, Retention, Conversion to VIP), monitor Tableau data and metrics, analyze trends, and report on opportunities and problem areas;
  • Assign daily/weekly/monthly tasks, monitor their progress, and ensure adherence to sales and VIP processes;
  • Conduct QA: listen to calls, review correspondence with clients, hold regular one-to-one meetings, and provide constructive feedback;
  • Onboard and train new sales reps and VIP managers, coaching them on product knowledge and best practices;
