Sales Manager

In this role, you won't just be closing deals — you will be a foundational part of our team, helping us build and shape the future of this project. If you have a passion for sales, a high level of English, and the drive to smash targets, we want you on board.
What You’ll Do:
Consult & Close: Deeply understand potential clients' goals, challenges, and lifestyles to pitch the perfect coaching solution.
Master the Script (with a human touch): Follow our structured sales scripts while keeping the conversation natural, authentic, and empathetic.
Overcome Objections: Confidently handle common objections using our internal guides and frameworks.
Follow Up: Manage post-call communication and send tailored follow-up emails to keep prospects warm.
Stay Organized: Keep CRM and internal reporting accurate and up to date after every interaction.
Shape the Project: Actively contribute ideas to optimize our sales process and help the project scale.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Up to 1 year of sales experience.
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher in order to speak fluently and confidently with native speakers.
Key skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build quick rapport.
Schedule: Ability to work evening/night shifts (Kyiv time) to connect with our core market.
