• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Excel).
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages is a plus.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable business insights.
