Що робити
- Develop and execute CRM retention strategies focused on player engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and other communication channels.
- Manage player segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze CRM performance using key metrics (Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, ROI, Conversion Rate) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Create and optimize promotional offers, bonus campaigns, loyalty programs, and reactivation activities.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 markets.
- Strong understanding of player retention strategies, segmentation, loyalty programs, and promotional mechanics.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Smartico will be a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with CRM performance metrics (LTV, ARPU, ROI, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate).
