- Developing visual content for regular CRM communications, including email newsletters, in-app messages, and design for sportsbook.
- Creating designs for gamification elements for the Smartico platform, such as badges, mission icons, loyalty level visualizations, tournaments, and mini-games.
- Adapting and resizing existing promo materials for various formats and communication channels.
- Collaborating with CRM managers to create creatives for new bonus offers, tournaments, and triggered campaigns.
- Adhering to the brand book and maintaining a unified visual brand style across all retention channels.
Що очікуємо
- 1.5+ years of experience in iGaming design. We are open to considering specialists with slightly less experience.
- Confident proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience in iGaming, Gamedev, or Product IT domains with a focus on marketing and retention.
- A strong and relevant portfolio. The portfolio must include promo materials or email newsletters and specific design experience in the iGaming retention industry.
