Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Staffing, Resource Management, Delivery Operations, or
- Project Operations.
- Experience with workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
- Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams and projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
