- Regular communication with VIP-players — announcement of promotions and special offers, assistance in case of problems and questions, establishing trusting relationships by chats and calls;
- Participation in the segmentation of VIP clients;
- Participation in the coordination of the bonus grid for VIP clients;
- Analysis and reporting on the activity of VIP clients;
- Close cooperation with other departments (support, finance);
Що очікуємо
- From 1 year of experience in the position of support manager / VIP manager;
- Level of knowledge of French — B2 and above;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced knowledge in Excel. Ability to work with databases, pivot tables and other functions.
