JustMarkets is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to become the architect of our recruitment function
What you’ll be doing
Lead and grow our recruiting team set direction, mentor recruiters across specializations, and foster a high-performance culture
Own the full hiring cycle end-to-end: pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality, and everything in between
Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and stay ahead of workforce planning
Build scalable sourcing strategies for key roles across the company
Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize the hiring funnel based on data insights
Drive employer branding initiatives and improve the tools and processes that make hiring smoother
Build lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners across the Fintech industry
What we’re looking for
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across a variety of functions
2+ years leading or managing a recruiting team in a fast-moving environment
Deep expertise in sourcing and hiring specialists across different domains
A strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a hands-on approach
Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
