Що робити
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review, update, and standardize job profiles to reflect current organizational requirements.
- Increase the presence in sourcing channels (LinkedIn, DOU, referrals)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for 5–10 open roles, ensuring high-quality talent delivery and fast turnaround.
- Develop and maintain a structured candidate pool and an organized CV database.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of recruitment experience in multinational or multicultural environments.
- Strong expertise in hiring for technical positions and GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Experience building scalable recruitment processes.
- English level B2.
- Confident user of HRIS and productivity tools (BambooHR, Workday, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Google Workspace).
