We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, while helping us continue scaling our team of 400+ people.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Full life cycle recruiting management in all departments of the company (starting from position formation to an offer);
Search and recruitment for various levels of vacancies (from junior to senior, lead);
Using modern sourcing methods, including job sites, LinkedIn and other social networks;
Interviewing and assessing candidates using a variety of techniques;
Providing feedback to candidates and handling objections;
Analyzing candidate sourcing sources and competitors;
Maintaining documentation and compiling recruitment reports;
Planning and organizing your work in a multi-tasking environment;
Collaborating with hiring managers to coordinate job requirements and conduct interviews;
Building a positive employer brand.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency);
Knowledge of recruitment tools, methods and market trends;
Knowledge of English and Ukrainian languages (both written and spoken);
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Practical experience with ATS systems, recruiting software and Excel for reporting;
Previous experience in iGaming will be a strong advantage.
