Що очікуємо

  • 1.5 — 2,5 years of full-cycle IT recruiting experience
  • Confident sourcing of technical roles: LinkedIn (Recruiter / Sales Navigator), Djinni, DOU, Boolean / X-ray search
  • Experience owning the full funnel: intake with the hiring manager → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS or structured candidate trackers
  • English from Intermediate (B1+) — for communication with candidates and English-speaking stakeholders
