- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
- Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to the business, supporting growth through effective hiring strategies;
- Headhunt and close senior and/or executive-level candidates;
- Proactively source and attract top talent from the market;
- Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to support informed hiring decisions.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Expert-level knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, and relationship management;
- Strong background in active/direct sourcing;
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment;
